Citywide Rehab Program Fact Sheet The City-Wide Rehabilitation Grant amount from Economic and Community Development Department is a maximum of $7,500. (Or up to 50% of the cost of rehabilitation if less than $7,500). As an offset, local bank and mortgages companies have set up programs in which they will work with those applicants who are in need of additional funds by making affordable loans for those persons interested. The Staff of the Economic and Community Development Department will provide technical assistance in applying for these loans.
